ASBK champion Harrison Voight hurt in One Raceway test crash, out of The Bend round
Motorcycle News ·

Reigning Australian Superbike champion Harrison Voight’s title defence is in doubt after a crash while testing at One Raceway in Goulburn, NSW, on Wednesday 28 October. Reports say the 20-year-old suffered a serious leg injury, and he will miss the next round at The Bend.
What happened
Voight, who rides a Ducati for McMartin Racing, highsided coming out of the Fishhook corner during the final session of a privately organised test. He was taken to hospital in Canberra.
AMCN reports a compound fracture of the left knee, while MCNews reports that he is believed to have suffered a serious leg fracture. Neither the team nor a medical source had issued a statement at the time of reporting, so the exact injury and recovery time are not yet confirmed.
What it means for the championship
Voight leads the ASBK Superbike standings on 44 points after a strong opening round at Phillip Island, three points ahead of Jonathan Nahlous. Upcoming rounds:
- Round 2: The Bend, South Australia, 13–15 November (Voight will miss this round)
- Round 3: One Raceway, Goulburn, 4–6 December (his return is uncertain)
We’ll update this story when McMartin Racing or ASBK confirm his injury and recovery plans.
